Scheduling a Game:
- To reserve our services for a game, simply visit our booth or go to our website to review our schedule. The use of the website is critical to ensure that events are not double-booked and that our “Pod Squad” video teams are able to make their next event.
- Once you have confirmed availability, you can book your event through one of the following methods:
- Online at www.eyeintheskyproductions.com or www.skyclops.net using your computer
- Through a mobile device with via www.eyeintheskyproductions.com or www.skyclops.net
- Visit the Eye in the Sky booth at the event
- USA Cup users can visit the Eye in the Sky scheduling site from computers in the Puma® booth
Reserving a Game:
- When you schedule a game, a charge will be authorized on your credit card for the full amount due.
- Games can be reserved up to 30 days in advance.
- You may see a temporary charge on your billing statement during that 30 day period which represents the card authorization, however your account will not be charged until the video has been completed. (The process is similar to reserving a hotel room)
- Upon successful completion of your event, you are required to pay the full amount authorized.
- You may pay for the game with authorized credit card or pay via the “Pass the Hat” option.
Pass the Hat Option:
- The “Pass the Hat” option allows you to collect money from other parents on both teams.
- You may use up to two credit cards to pay for the transaction.
- You may supplement credit card payments with cash or pay a percentage of your charges with cash.
- Eye in the Sky Productions does not accept checks.
